Impact of Managed-Lane Pricing Strategies on Vehicle-Sourced NOx and HC Emissions

Ground-level ozone is a secondary air pollutant that formed by chemical reactions between precursors, including nitrogen oxides (NOx) and hydrocarbon (HC).
